Refund & Return Policy

At Iron Ragnar Vibes, every product is made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer's remorse.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Lost during shipping

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
